I'm really not one to tread the upgrade path frequently, or take that path without careful thought. FWIW, I still use Win 95 and Lotus 123 v2.01 (a program I purchased in 1988 or 1989) on my old computer - works just fine for my needs ;-)) Thanks, John ....
