Whoa, I think you're being a little harsh. Autofocus is an amazing thing for shooting wildlife on the move and that is the context of the original discussion. I firmly believe that any photographer no matter how good would have a far better ratio of hits to misses when he used autofocus. The content is eagles in flight. I can tell you from first hand experience that those shots are tough to get. I'd want the best autofocus system I could get my hands on if I was taking those shots for a living. Tom Reese
