In sensor technology, maybe, but my interpretation is that Pentax wants 
Samsungs CMOS technology, while Samsung wants Pentax' lenses and camera related 
technology.  They are trading technology, knowhow and patents and making new 
products, just like Pentax and Casio did with the optio series.
