I doubt that the law is enforced very often. I've never heard of anyone being arrested for taking a photo and I've only heard two or three accounts of people having film confiscated.

Probably, but I couldn't say yes for certain. I never heard about the law until abut two years ago but the article I read didn't say when it was enacted. Or, if it did, I forgot.
