The script that I use does all that. The only info it needs wrt image size is the ppi info, and the user determines where the sig should be placed. Once those parameters are set, it doesn't matter if the image size is 500x300 or 1500 x 3000, the sig always ends up where you wnt it (I like lower right corner, X number of pixels from bottom edge and right edge of photo.) You can set color of the sig as well as adjust its density, likewise the image border.
