Why don't you care if the products you buy today
Arent supported in 1, 2, 5, 10 years if they
Are still in perfect operating condtion? Its B.S.
Lenses are long life products, unlike bodies, especially
Todays bodies. It sucks what they are doing and may
Do since their support policy has gone out the window.

Of course I understand. But here is the difference between you and me:
  I DON'T CARE!

I sold all my K/M lenses when I bought the *ist D and replaced them with

A, F or FA versions. The fact that I sold all that and now use the EOS
system is irrelevant. Like I said before, Pentax is finally producing a

competitive camera and is finally interested in producing lenses I'm
interested in. will they abandon this type of mount and screw us all
into buying even more lenses? Come on. What are you insane? They have
clearly demonstrated a direction they wish to go and are pursuing it
with actual products.

By your logic, Canon or Nikon could screw all their "loyal" customers
and change their mounts to, as you put it, "get you to rebuy again for
no reason." That's crazy, paranoid, conspiracy theory talk and sinks
your entire argument. No one can take you seriously.
