I have never said that Pentax has abandoned K/M. Your saying I did only 
shows that you are a functional illiterate, in that you cannot read and 
comprehend written English.

You have been saying that Pentax has abandoned the K/M series, which is 
a false statement to make.
If you repeat it often enough, people may start calling you a liar.

The literature from Pentax indicates that K/M lenses are still usable on

the newest camera (the K10).

Please note, I think for the third time, but perhaps the second:

The EOS mount had to be produced.

This did not mean that the EOS mount couldn't have been made to 
accomodate the FD mount.
Pentax managed it with the K-mount when they dropped the M42 mount.
Nor does it mean that they couldn't have accommodated FD lens users by 
continuing to produce a couple of quality camera bodies in FD for a 
period of time.

Are you to dense to figure that out? It's not a difficult concept to 
understand.
