It's in production. Mamiya's camera division got sold to a software & Digital 
Imaging company (By the fishing rod company), which is a better fit anyways 
(the delays on the ZD were software). There were some complications, but 
they're back in business and the AF 645 stuff at least is still around. About 
the only 645 kit killed off by the move was the Pro TL and the manual focus 
lenses.
