And after a UPS inside job relieved my repaired LX from a box sent by Pentax CO, UPS has now marked my house a security risk, and won't leave anything anywhere unless they actually have someone from inside the house sign for it in person. That is really annoying, as I'm never home when they choose to deliver. (This is the same LX that arrived the next day in my mailbox, wrapped in a clear plastic bag and rubber bands, after I started claim proceedings at UPS and Pentax CO).
I avoid UPS at all costs after that.
