Oly's had a Pro Support Services for some time, Adam. It's just darn hard to qualify for it ... You have to prove that something like 80% or more of your income comes from the use of Olympus brand camera equipment. I have three friends who are members and they tell me that the service level it provides is outstanding, but it took each of them over a year to qualify.
