About the flash, I'd look for a AF200T not the most powerful or 
versatile flash, (no tilt or swivel, but it does do variable power in 
manual, full through 1/8th power in full stop increments), out there but 
I was able to get a used one from another list member for $20 bucks a 
few years ago.  It makes nice small package if you think you might need 
a flash but aren't sure, and works perfectly with the *ist-D/Ds and my 
LX so I've been happy with it.  I won't be so happy when I get a K20D 
and need a new Flash to complement it.
