Thanks but.... I found one!

Fast Stone Image Viewer (freeware - 
http://www.faststone.org/FSViewerDetail.htm) will imprint any EXIF data 
on the photo.

Still, if they decide to get picky, I may need to know if there are any 
DSLR's out there that will do this. I now many P&S cameras will but 
these people are pretty insistent on "pro" equipment - using the general 
public's definition of "pro": Black and with interchangeable lenses :)
