I'd call it whatever format Leica calls the format, but I wouldn't
Call it FF unless/until they made a version that used the same large
circle lenses But with a smaller sensor.

It's not a 4/3 camera, it's much bigger.  It's bigger than 36mm x 24mm.
The
Leica S2 will have a 45mm x 30mm, 37.5MP sensor.  That's why I asked,

what would you describe the new Leica DSLR as, "overfull frame"?  Super
FF?"
