There's no mistaking that it's an EVF ... you're looking at a video image rather than an optical image ... but it's very bright and easy to see, the resolution is 1.4Mpixel and the refresh is 60hz so it appears nearly as sharp as a good computer monitor.
I assume thats in camera marketing-speak, making it fairly low res (in computer terms) at 800x600 or somesuch in reality?
