Must have been UPS, the FedEx depot's in Don Mills.

What they didn't tell you is that the TTC would take you right to
their door, their depot is actually on Steeles West, so it's TTC-able
for no extra fare despite being in Concord. Of course, UPS is too
incompetent to actually provide any useful directions to their depot
for non-drivers (Ditto FedEx).

I swear that courier companies specialize in incompetence. None of
them are particularly good at delivering to anything other than
businesses open 9-5 Mon-Fri.
