What they didn't tell you is that the TTC would take you right to their door, their depot is actually on Steeles West, so it's TTC-able for no extra fare despite being in Concord. Of course, UPS is too incompetent to actually provide any useful directions to their depot for non-drivers (Ditto FedEx). I swear that courier companies specialize in incompetence. None of them are particularly good at delivering to anything other than businesses open 9-5 Mon-Fri. -- M.
