I waited for so long for this lens for the horse shows, now its not really needed, and kept putting off the 50-135, which is now more useful but more expensive.
I'll see what happens over the next few months, but at this point, I am just not excited by this lens any more. it's been too long in coming, long enough that I have found a couple of more primes within the range instead. I'm more interested in a new camera body than a new lens at the moment.
