And McBain's still lists it for $999 brand new -- $1059 after GST and
shipping.

They must have leftover stock. Pretty much everywhere else has it
going for $1799CDN now.
That's right. And they had leftover stock of the DA 35 Ltd at $449
until last Tuesday; it's $679 now. They're going fast! :-)
