I disagree. APS-C will be selling for similar prices to what it does
now (all the way up to $2000) and will be differentiated over cheap FF
the same way it is now (speed primarily) for the high-end market. The
D300s will remain king of the APS-C hill.

Most of the market never needed FF. It's got disadvantages as well as
its well-known advantages.
