Hmmmmmm. I've used their software for quite some time and have not had
any problems with it. Can't speak to the quality of their tech support,
since I've not had to use them. As for spam and junk phone calls,
they're no worse than most others and much better than some.
Obviously, YMMV

Seriously, just don't give them your correct email address or phone
number during registration.
I bought their PDF converter a couple of years ago as a cheap
alternative to Acrobat.
The difference in price was about $500.00.
After dealing with their buggie software, completely unhelpful help
and two years of spam and junk phone calls, I'm starting to think that
I should have just bought the Adobe product.
They are like the stray cat that you feel sorry for and feed once.
They never go away after that.
