It may be a bit late but I'll add my 2c worth in. Having owned and used way too many scanners all I can say re the quality of the scan that you linked to is that it's complete crap. You should be able to obtain far better results from a dedicated film scanner that's well over 10 years old. Film scanning is tedious at best but it's not too difficult to get a film image into the digital domain with good results. Like others have suggested I would use the premium dedicated film scan service suggested or simply save your pennies and look for a good value used Nikon or Minolta film scanner. Spending money to get the results you got is a waste of money.
