That's part of the sexiness of some stuff, like the Nikon D3 and EOS 1D that most people really don't need and that end up on eBay with 5-8000 actuations once the successor comes out. That also made me 2nd highest bidder on an unused in complete box Nikon F5 50th Anniversary Edition which was listed on eBay running out at lunchtime on a weekday and went for a painful €782, i.e. about half of what they normally go for. I was hoping for a steal and ended up €5 short. Classic eBay fail, who knows the other guys highest bid. Good news is I had no real money to pay for it anyway. Besides, I have no lens park to justify its existence, no time, no photo jobs, nothing so the poor thing would have bored itself to death only to make the statement that I am above showcase queen marriages... glad I didn't get it =) Cheers Ecke -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List PDML@pdml.net http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net to UNSUBSCRIBE from the PDML, please visit the link directly above and follow the directions.
