I'd take the (extremely limited) power of a constitutional monarchy
any day over the abuses of power clearly demonstrated in the American 
presidential system.

I certainly don't see that achieving a position of power just because
of who your father was is in any way inferior to achieving power because
of how much money your friends, family and cronies can afford to spend.
