I believe that this type of document is aimed more at the pro who gets a "photo 
pass" to wander about the stage area to shoot a show.  Typically this kind of 
dude doesn't pay for the ticket to the show in the first place.  

Your average schmoe who just comes to the show and happens to have a camera - I 
can't imagine that they would force all show attendees with cameras to sign 
such a document.
