This link prompted me to pull out my copy of "U.S. Camera Annual" from
1942: many of the photos in it could have formed part of the collection I
just saw, and they range in quality from the banal to the beautiful.

A question: in picture 52, there is an advert for Pabst Blue Ribbon beer
that states "Blended 33 to 1". Anyone know what that means? It's only
25 past 11 on the clock....
