Thanks everyone! I've been a walker on and off, though the last couple of
years it's been more off. But the walking as been going well, and I feel
better, expect for my left foot--it's a little sore, may have to see the
doctor about possible slight case of plantar fasciitis--though it may also
be related to that bad fall I took in late May--but I'll be fine--eventually

I'm a dedicated walker/jogger. At least 2.5 miles a day for 18 years now.
