Make the files as large as you want. Make sure you put lots of meta tags into the page headers to attract as many search engines as possible. After all, you want to communicate your art. Wait 6 months then do a name search at the Lycos image repository and see what they have lifted from you. Then come back and tell us how happy you are that your art is being communicated via an offshore server, and there is not a damned thing you can do about it because some dumbass judge in California decided that under the reasonable use clause in the American copyright law they can get away with it. Thats what I ran into when I had to police it for the PUG. It took me no small effort to get them to shut down the Komkon deep links too.
