Another quiet day down by the Lake.  All the birds are gone, it seems,
except ducks, geese, gulls and (of course!) cormorants.  All the tree
and land birds seem to have (literally) gone south.  Didn't see any
mammals, either.

So, I decided to put on the macro and look for tiny things.  Saw these
cool berries.  At first I thought they were yellow, turning red as
they ripened, then I realized that the red berries were bursting out
of yellow husks:

They're tiny little things, about 1/4 or 3/8ths of an inch in
diameter.  If anyone knows what they are let me know.
