Kevin,
Using a server plug-in to resize the upload is a good idea. I checked it out
with my space provider when I first started the AutoPug, but alas, he
doesn't allow plug-ins on the server... :-(
I have also checked if it's possible to hard-code some ASP script to do it,
but there's no reference to this on the 'Net that I can find, and taking on
the task to find out on my own is a bit beyond my time budget, to put it
modestly...

So unless someone can lend space to the AutoPug on a server with allowances
for plugins, the current upload automation is the best I can do.
(Major hint, anyone? :-))

Jostein
