Just a quickie: I've just brought a fire safe for some of my more 'important' negatives... and it let me a 'trollish' thread thought:
What happens to the digital shooter when their hard disk crashes? When their CD gets scratched? Why? As a professional IT dude (apologies - i'm a MUCH better photographer), I would have thought a big old DLT 70GB tape would do.. (i do a little scanning once in a while) until I lost the tape drive, and several tapes due to physical errors....
