According to this page <http://www.oceanadventures.co.uk/vessels_noorderlicht.cfm> built in Germany originally, re-fitted in Nederland as a 2 masted schooner and seems to be berthed in the ice for 3/4 months a year and used by Nutty Norwegians and others as a base for further exploration on skidoos.
