The Zörkendörfer MFS (Multi Focus System) might do the trick for you - it is basically a tilt convertor for enlarger lenses (other lenses can also be adapted but the default is M39 screwmount). They show up on eBay from time to time. Expect to pay 150-250 w/o a lens. Zörk also builds a shift adaptor to go with it. Problem with all aftermarket t/s conversions is that you can't really shoot wide angles.
