But Arsat lenses are available:

MC PCS Arsat 45mm / f=3.5 Shift w/ Pentacon Six or Kiev 88 lens mount 295$
Just put a Pentacon to PK adapter and you get a cheap Shift lens.
No T/S but better than nothing.
