Hmmm.  I tried that, set Google Preferences to 'Do not use Google
Instant', saved and then a 404 Error came up.

I tried a Google search anyway and found Google Instant wasn't disabled.

Went back to Google Preferences and saw that 'Do not use Google Instant'
was still checked.  But Google Instant won't go away.

Oh well.  I tried.
