I hear that there's this standard called HTML, that allows you to embed links 
to video in written text.

You can do cool things like post links to both a video, and the script for it, 
or even an edited version of the script, on the same page, so that someone 
could easily choose whether they want text  which they can easily scan, or 
videos if they have trouble reading.
