I have one of the large Logan mat cutters. It works well for me and $50 for one is a very good price. Grab it if it is still available. The one thing you will need to do is use pins to mark your cutting start/stop positions. And get a piece of cardboard to experiment on to get your technique down. It's not hard, but there is a little knack to getting the corners perfect. (At least to those of us who lack good eye-hand coordination.)
