Hi Aaron - the 90-180 is f5.6 steady (yuk!). The difference between the
55-100 (f4) is noticable to me throught the viewfinder.

After hefting, mounting, and generally coveting  it for 2 days, it's the max
aperature (rather that weight) that's leading me to think that Mr Tripod
will be used with this lens more often than with the 55-100....

Ps. I tried everything - cold showers, ritualised beatings, (even getting
married in NY), but I succumbed to the temptations... it's only when you
hear "Hi, KEH Camera's" that you KNOW you have found spiritual solace that
only a true brother can know...!
