Thanks Paul (and Stan). Both of those DNGs opened fine in CS3, so not sure why Bob's friend is having problems (unless he is, in fact, using PEFs).

That was the theory as I understood it. I'd like to get hold of a K-3 DNG to try it on my copy of CS3.
