metaphorically speaking, perhaps — read the descriptions and use intuition; Chrome should work fine without any extensions, so if there's anything there seemingly related to blocking or privacy, i would stop and think about why you added it, possibly do a search on it to see if there are known problems, or just try disabling it temporarily and seeing if you can load twitter.com
