As I recall, the last microSD card I bought from Amazon with their
"frustration free" packaging (apparently their slang for minimalist)
took me 15 minutes to find in the box ... still of course shipped
in a small cardboard box like 3x5x7 or so.

Better are the eBay cards and such, thrown into a bubble envelope usually.
Not much protection, but the cards probably don't need it.
