TMax developer and Delta 3200 seem to be a rotten combination.  I've 
never run it in D76, but I hear that's not so great either.

Ilford DD-X and Microphen are great for it, as well as Agfa Studional.  
I know a guy who does it in Rodinal and is very happy with it.
