Yes, Pentax chargers will charge aftermarket batteries. If the camera
recognizes the circuitry in the battery the charger certainly will.
I've charged a Flashpoint, Li50 with charger that came with the K20D and
a Watson Li90 with the charger that came with the K-5II. The
aftermarket charger is probably quite a bit smarter, at least I would
hope so as Pentax extends battery life by using trickle chargers, where
as the Watson charger you linked to fully charges the batteries quite a
bit faster, if I can believe the advert.

I use mostly two of the Wasabi chargers, bought each with a pair of
spare generic batteries,
the cigarette adapter that comes with them ... I tend to leave a charger
in the car all the time,
and one in the camera pack, so its nice to have two. And the Wasabi's
are small.
Both my general purpose chargers, an MH-C777PlusII and a Triton EQ,
work in the car,
although the MAHA unit has reduced NiMH capabilites using a 12 volt
input. Useful
if you might run into unusual batteries to charge on the road, say a
companions cell phone,
but the dedicated units such as the Wasabis are more useful.
