I do that all the time mainly because of only 20 watchable limit by
ebay. I disagree on the no-intention tho. The markers are usually low
enough that i would be more than happy to buy things at that price :)

It doesnt make sense for anyone to place a marker at a value they
wouldnt want to pay in case they won it. So thats not really driving up
the price.
