Yes, been using W10 since the first auto-update opportunity in Australia. I find it stable, fast on a 64-bit PC, and runs everything including a copy of Lotus 1-2-3 from 1989! I run CC on it with no issues, apart from the always slow loading of the program. No answer for question 2!
