Sorry to hear of your accident ann, mend quickly. Ann, before I had my knees replaced, I got great relief from the pain by using a rub on agent 'Jointritis'. Gave me relief for many hours - highly recommended. just don't get it anywhere near your eyes. It's fairly expensive but a little went along way.
