Nope.

The left is the full image, the right is a blowup from it.  SMC-67 75mm 
f2.8 on a Pentax 67, 1/30 f5.6, using mirror lock, hand held.

Also, all the images on  the front page at 
http://homepage.mac.com/aaronreynolds/ were shot with the 75mm, mostly 
at 1/30 f2.8.

When shooting 1/60 or over hand held, I don't usually use mirror lock 
(unless the subject is static, then I do).  When shooting 1/30 I use 
mirror lock whenever I can.  Even without, the images are sharp enough 
to make 8x10s and 11x14s.
