I really wanted some better computer speakers and did a bunch of research,
but decided I'm not ready to spend the money. The ones i would have bought,
though, were made by Edifier. They were a pair of speakers sans separate
subwoofer, and included several inputs, including optical and Bluetooth. I
think they sold for about $150.  I'll see if i can find the model...
