That depends on what *you* must have...

To me, the library side is at least as important as the RAW development.
Also, I have 'bought' Lightroom Classic because the map function in LR6
was broken and I use it to quickly find out what photos I have from a
particular location when I want to illustrate one of my blog posts.
Next, I'd hate to be without lens profiles. And lastly LR not only
accepts RAW but also TIFF which is the format of my film scans. These
are my must haves, yours may differ.

You might want to have a look at RAW Power. It offers about 90 percent
of the functionality of Lightroom at a fraction of the price. I even
doubt that I had bought Lightroom Classic if I'd been aware of RAW Power
at the time.
