This is plain, old Oslo. Several shots are from recently developed areas.
I'm not sure it qualifies as a Metropolis, really, but I was looking for
that "theme" at least in part, seeing as it's also the marketing name of
the film. :-)

Thanks for looking. Or alternatively for ignoring it completely, which
is probably also OK. As I'm saying, I tend to go out with High Hopes in
these circumstances, but tend to end up with something that's, well,
quite ordinary, I guess.
