Yes Lightroom Classic (LrC) is what you want. Lightroom (Lr) needs a real cloud subscription (1 Tb), It also works with Lightroom Mobile. And all 3 can work together in the cloud. Lightroom Classic is the one, the rest is nice (and expensive)
