As I said "Folks may be chasing old SLRs, but not old DSLRs!" The reason second hand D30s are more expensive than second hand PCs is due partly to scarcity which is diminishing by the week, and partly to the fact that PCs under 2 years old are very unlikely to have cost £2K to start with(try half that or less).
